By accessing or using Steady Wealth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Steady Wealth provides a financial health assessment tool designed for Indian households. The Service generates a Freedom Score and personalised action items based on the financial information you input. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product.
3. No Financial Advice
Steady Wealth is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decision.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you input. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and methodology on the Service is the property of Steady Wealth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
6. Paid Plans
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Payments are processed securely. The Insight Plan is a one-time purchase. The Wealth Plan renews annually. You may cancel before renewal and will not be auto-charged without confirmation. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
